We are registered with the Nigerian Maritime Administration & Safety Agency (NIMASA). The Company headquarters is located in the Oil-rich city of Port-Harcourt, South-south, Nigeria. ABI Associates is a privately owned Company.
Our core business activity is Crew Management of Seafarers.
The Company employs in excess of 1,500 competent and qualified seafarers(Officers and Ratings) with a database of well trained and experienced seafarers in excess of 2,000 available to serve onboard vessels in Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria and onboard Ocean going vessels and render all other marine related services to both local and foreign Principals.

Management Team
- ABI Associates Limited is managed by the Chairman Mr. A.S Shita-Bey FCIPD, and directly assisted by the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager.
- The Chairman is a Fellow of U.K Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development with over 40 years of experience as Human Resource Manager.
- The General Manager, a graduate of geology, has over 30 years experience in crew management and administration.
- The Assistant General Manager, a graduate of Business Management, has over 15 years of Administrative experience.
